Haven't been to any concerts recently. I once saw Sting's arm at a concert in Bournemouth!

My weekends are quite relaxed. At home I could be cooking a meal, doing some gardening, watching a really old film on TV, reading a book, having the occasional glass of wine. I also enjoy walking (not by myself) distances of around 4 or 5 miles ... don't want to rush and miss the lesser-spotted hedgehog! I like pub lunches in a rural location, visiting a garden, having a stroll by the beach, visiting a National Trust House, going to the cinema, going to an event e.g. New Forest Show, air show etc.

I'm looking for a person to share my life with ... I believe that I have a lot of love and affection to give the right person. I'm independent, self-sufficient, am interested in many things and don’t get bored, but I am really tired of not having that special person in my life. A selfish life is not particularly fulfilling! I like being with people but also like quiet time to myself. A house constantly full of people would drive me potty! I live on the edge of town but would prefer to be a bit more rural. I still hanker after the rural idyll … the village pub, the cottage garden, tea on the lawn, the dog running about. If you can identify with my comments, live within a reasonable driving distance (and are not emailing me from California or Islamabad) then perhaps we could meet up for a coffee.
