Music I like and bands I've seen..
all sorts - from rock to classical. I play the oboe in orchestras and sing in a chamber choir sometimes. Also play piano and I sing karaoke badly! I love pop music too like the Beatles, Queen, Abba, Girls Aloud, Spice Girls (sorry!), Most female solo ballad artists, Whitney Houston, Meat Loaf (especially Bat out of Hell album). Best concert I've been to was Michael Jackson at Wembley. Most others (T'pau, Billy Bragg, Velvet Underground, Phil Collins and Eric Clapton) have been a friend or sibling dragging me along! I'd love to have seen Queen in concert and would still love to see Meat Loaf. I've attended loads of classical concerts but mainly as a participant!
My average weekend..
Sleeping in late due to late night on Friday! Housework, playing tennis for 3 hours or so then maybe pub or the gym or sometimes I have an orchestra rehearsal and concert to play in. Maybe takeaway and TV in the evening or stroll to local pub to catch up with friends and neighbours. Sunday, either early morning tennis or lie in due to late night on Saturday! More housework or sitting in garden (if sunny) or going to the gym or seeing family. In evening, usually I chill in front of TV but might check emails too (well, I am self-employed). Sometimes I have a tennis match which takes up 3 or so hours then I let myself off the gym!
I would also like to say..
I'm a genuine, nice, fun, active person who particularly loves tennis and classical music and would really like to find someone to play with. Tennis, that is. Oh, and whatever else may come along. My life is pretty full but, if I met someone special enough, I would happily dilute it somewhat!
