Spend these with my son, doing what we want to do...saturday is usually "jim jam" day, where we laze about watching TV in our pjs...and sunday, well wherever the mood takes us!!

I love watching motorcycle racing and F1 (a bit of a petrol head...lol) but as a complete contrast I am a reiki therapist and I also use meditation and aromatherapy as ways to relax...
