I would also like to say..

I work offshore, so away often at short notice. Have 12 acres in Cornwall where i would love to build a house. Long term project involves running a fishery , with temp residence, and then when proven viable, go for permanent residence. unfortunately now not sure whether to pursue that, or buy and live in an urban jungle. Ideas and views on a postcard please!
