A real life Indiana Jones...lol!

Likes to travel, but also likes to cuddle up on the sofa with a glass of wine.

If somebody were to judge my personality based upon my music, I guess they would say that I was confused...lol! I don't really have a particular genre... instead just wander where the mood takes me. However, I do like to turn down the lights of an evening and listen to some mellowing music from such artists as Ray Lamontagne. I am also planning to see my fav band, Queen, in concert in Cardiff later this year.

I don't really have an "average" weekend... I can be found doing anything from relaxing on a beach, wandering through a forest, sightseeing around a town or city, having a drink or two with friends, enjoying the food of a fine restaurant, watching a show in London's West End, or even relaxing at home with a bottle of wine and some chill-out music.

Writing about myself is much more difficult than I imagined, as you will no doubt discover whilst wandering through my profile. I consider myself a kind hearted, fun and friendly guy, albeit a little shy. I enjoy making people smile and have a passion for travel and adventure - enjoying the thrills of visiting the far reaches of our planet. I have a wicked sense of humour.... and if you wanna know more, you'll just have to mail me. I am fascinated by visiting places off the beaten track, learning about people and experiencing cultures and food. The problem is, for every destination I cross off my list during my travels, I then add another handful of locations to visit to the bottom of my list. Amongst my travels I have canoed through the Amazon, wandered through the desert and climbed the mountains of the Sinai in Egypt, reflected back on my life whilst on the railway tracks of Auschwitz concentration camp in Poland, charmed a snake in Marrakech and much much more. In between adventures, my job sometimes takes me to some of the wonderful cities of the world. And if that isn't enough already.... I really enjoy to cook (well, I haven't poisoned anybody...yet...LOL!) .
