Just thought I would let you know what a a day I have had, not only has it been a miserable day (rain)but working and would you believe it I fell up the stairs yes! thats right up.....not only did I pull a ligament in my left arm I hurt my back too...did I laugh of cause I did what else can one do...Ha Ha, watch this space...................................
