Rapid adjustment

Well my life in the last month has been difficult to say the least.
Wife left me and the kids for another man....and thats when it got fun LOL.
Im having to rapidly adjust to being at home all the time (i quit work to look after kids) and doing all the things in the house.Its ok i can do it all (ex-army) its just damn hard work.
But i cant stand still....must move on as life will pass me by
