go for it- thats fab- i gave up for my fourth time 4 yrs ago and its marvellous- not saying its easy but you have much better lifestyle!!
Be ready for rough first two weeks then you may get more colds/coughs this year- but it is short lived- stick with it the money is fab- you smell gorgeous and you will see the difference in your health immediately- especially the skin!!
