school reunion omg!!!!!!

decided to catch up with friends from school at the monthly re-union............well it was certainly interesting my god where do the years go and who are these people???well it has spured me on to live life to the full get out there and make memories with family and friends

why is this siteso slow?

well loged on to check my e-mails and yet again get a....while you were away you had an unreplied message alert........................this site is so slow by the time someone makes contact i have logged off again does anyone agree?

It depends on how you "log off", if you simply close your browser the system doesn't know that you're gone.. it waits until 10 minutes or so of inactivity before assuming you're not here any more.

It would be inconvenient to receive lots of E-mails to say you've missed a message if you've not actually left the site yet.

To prevent this, make sure you click the LOGOUT button when you're finished, then the system knows immediately and can notify you that you've missed something immediately.

The site isn't "slow", it just waits a reasonable time before assuming you've gone.

Yes I do agree. A couple of times people have tried to contact me and have accused me of ignoring them - which I haven't or wouldn't. I had logged off but to others I was still shown as being on-line.
