still not smoking , day 23 ! woop woop !
can't wait for my birthday night out on saturday 13th december . If anyones in Milton Keynes city centre then and they see a queen of hearts its me lol I can't wait to dress up , i have all the little assessories like a crown and red hearts on black stockings , heart knickers ,... earrings and necklace ! lol im bidding on a bag which is perfect i just hope i win it and it gets here in time for next saturday ! can u tell i can't wait ? hehehe

The past few weeks i've not felt the same on fridays ........i think its to do with giving up smoking and lack of dopamine which it increases to make you feel good. I know it'll get easier in time but i do miss that friday feeling ,,,,,,,, fortunately alot more than i miss a cigarette ! I know the benefits outweigh anything so im gonna try even harder to get my friday feeling today ! Maybe i should treat myself to something this afternoon when i go to the shops with a mate !

weekend went well , had a great party on friday which involved a dance pole , loads of tun and laughter !

it's nearly 2 weeks since i gave up smoking. so im really pleased . Only problem is i keep waking up in the night , hopefully this will pass as its getting really annoying now. I feel shattered today
I had my flul jab yesterday so now i feel i've been thumped in the arm .
The car passed its MOT yesterday which is good news but they said next year it'll need suspension arm things which will cost about £200 to do ! , least i have a year to save for it though.
4 weeks until christmas ! it always seems to come round too soon and this will be my first without waking up with a man next to me for 21 years !

Well I finally did it again and gave up smoking. I'd given up for 2 years and restarted when i had probs with my ex . It was alot lot easier to do this time. I'm on my 6 day already and i thought i'd have suffered more withdrawal as i smoked more this time ..........I haven't even bothered using lollies or chewing gum .......if i get a slight pang i just think about how bad the smell is and how it makes you cough and im fine. I don't seem to be eating more to compensate for it but i feel a bit bloated at the moment :s
Im so glad its no smoking in pubs........... when i went on friday it was bad enough people coming back in and smelling of it ,......... smelt sooooooo bad !
I didnt have a very good weekend this weekend gone but the one before was better . Can't always be a good night so just make the most of when it is .........
onwards and upwards !

Tuesday my divorce petition went to court ....... so hopefully in 6 mths it'll all be finished. I used to feel so bad and a failure that my 18 yr relationship ended ..........i really did think i'd be married for life. Now i'm even thinking of going back to my maiden name ? it doesn't feel as bad and most relationships don't last as long as mine , look at madonna and guy richie ? they didn't make it to 8 yrs ............. sooooooo im glad i don't feel as bad now and now i feel i've moved on to the next stage ........ divorce is but ' paperwork' and I know eventually i'll meet someone else when the time is right .............if we haven't got hope what have we got ?
