My ex asked my girl how I was coping with winter the other day. I've told her to tell him I have TWO lovers and I'm very happy !!! Ha, if I wasn't so tired I'd laugh.

For the last couple of years I 'd thought I'd beaten it ,but this year it's back worse than it's ever been. I'm talking about Winter Blues.......S.A.D. Whatever you like to call it
It's something which in my case comes on right after Christmas. My brother's starts November my younger sister just does off to Las Vegas to escape it, ( I'd rather suffer it than do that ) and my older sister, well she's such a miserable old cow, her's starts in September !!
Now if you are a chronic insomniac and you also suffer from S.A.D. you end up a very tired , mad but lazy cow who won't move from her chair 'til Spring.
So after reading loads of diaries yesterday ( Welded to my chair it seems ) I noticed many people having a good old moan which sounds very much like they too could suffer from Winter Blues. Has anyone any tips how to beat it. By the way light boxes don't work for me.

I've had some lovely emails the last couple of days ,some from people I've never heard from before who quietly just read the diaries but never leave comments that would show they have passed by.

It 's lovely to know that people care if you are upset or bothered and take time out of a busy life to tell you that !
Maybe it's because we all have met someone who had the power to hurt us and took their pleasure in doing just that. Not that I was hurt, just furious !
What are these miserable excuses for human beings on ?
What turns them into such unpleasant characters?
Have they been treated badly by others themselves ?
No I don't think so. I think they have a flaw in their very soul.
They are unable to feel the spirit of others and so disrespect comes so easy to them, they don't have a conscience to stop themselves.
Flawed people are cruel and maybe sometimes even dangerous, however it's time I learned to live with the knowledge that I have to stop trusting people so much and sadly be extra careful, even of the "good guys " who I hope might understand a wee bit more of why we women can become embittered .
All you have to do guys is be truthful, kind, caring and wholesome. Is that a lot to ask ?
I don't think so as according to my emails this morning there were many men telling me that it wasn't.

Well I've just been reading someone else's diary entry and I think she has had a brush with a clone of the Aussie skinny ar***d , 10 years older than his photo, opinionated, (is that how you spell it / ) Karma spouting, never done a sit up in his life and it shows. pervy ( won't go into that ) rolex wearing big headed uncouth, Ba****d I have ever met date I had the other day !!!!!
Well when I read her entry I see that Cara gave some advice on little spells and I was wondering if there's a spell to make , MMM let me think now, how about a spell that would give him brewers droop for the next ten years !!!!!
Oh and I have calmed down since last night so you can imagine what I wished on him then !

I have just met my first man from the site, I use the term loosely as he is the biggest s**t I have ever had the bad luck to meet . I won't go into detail as I would never get the entry on line suffice to say, the Aussie who is visiting the country as we speak is on his way to meet some other poor cow from this site, so take care whoever you are, he aint no gentleman and he ain't no catch either!!!!!
