I have been ignored too. I don't take it personally, they may be busy talking to someone else. If in doubt, send a mail, if no reply after 3 days, cross them off your list, but before you do, make an effigy and burn it haha, just kidding, you throw mud at a wall and one day some will stick. good luck in your search, it will happen when you least expect it.
