For me it's no hair dye, no comb-overs !!! So its t-shirts, ipod, jeans, ....or perhaps a nice suit if required ! (don't have a pair of trainers or trackies....sorry ! )
At home with a pint ....or a Dow's '78 port. love coca-cola and chocolate....and gin ! (no lemon though)
