Most things, rock/heavy rock, soppy stuff - lutz, manic street preachers, gene, waterboys, richmond fontaine, the national - ach i dont know, never can remember band names! Not into rap, reggae, blues, jazz, and generally not keen on much classical stuff despite being trained in it as part of my first degree.

I would like to meet someone who will care about me for myself, not extraneous things. Preferably tall (dark) and slim - having recently taken my own body in hand and got into shape, i'd like to be with someone similarly caring about their own. I like to try to dress well (see footnote below ref my liking for black!) and enjoy going to gigs as varied as the manic street preachers and the waterboys, with various others in between. I also enjoy peace and quiet, such as on the Isle of Mull. I like things to be tidy and organised, though that's not to say that sometimes there isnt muddle in my life, given how much paper there is in education these days! Pottering about in the garden, playing the keyboard and reading are my current main ways of relaxing though I am hoping to take up squash again if i can find someone locally to take alternate shots with me. I love TV programmes like QI, detective type series but am not into watching soap operas or things like that, I would rather be doing something else. I do also watch football and rugby and am in love with my new mini, so you would have competition! I can be found as someonedifferent at the cosypost in britain. Ive also just discovered the joys of fishing off the rocks at the seaside. My perfect match is someone else who still believes they are 18, wants to have fun, do silly things, laugh and giggle and go to gigs as well as enjoy just being together and occasional get aways to the peace and quiet of beach and country walks etc.
